“We loved all the food here! The meatballs were so soft and tender- an amazing appetizer! The chicken tortellini was good and my seafood pasta was delicious. I loved the light pasta sauce to let the seafood shine. The scallop was huge and cooked perfectly. The service was attentive, we sat outside and had a great time, our server was really nice. “Great restaurant! We had a large group of 4 hungry and thirsty for wine adults and 4 hangry children under 12.
Services was great: Lois brought bread right away to help us occupied the kiddos. Kids had pizza,that they devoured rather quickly, so I assuming it was really good. I ordered grilled salmon, that was fresh, juicy and tender.
Minestrone was amazing as well as their pastas.
Very nice kinda posh style inside and large patio.
Wine suggestion by Lois was marvelous, we end up having 2 bottles of Tuscan wine(guilty)”

“I was looking for some seafood in Newport and spied a Linguine Pescatore on the menu, saw some great reviews and thought I’d give it a try! The whole experience was excellent. Attentive staff, warm atmosphere & a delicious, well-sized meal. Will definitely be going back!”

“First and foremost, our server Alex was amazing. My review of this place is overdue but the fact that it never left my mind says a lot about Cucina Alessa. During that Friday afternoon, we were all so glad we came across this gem. When we first walked in it was nice and quiet, which is always preferred. We were sat down quickly and attended to. Everything went smoothly, it couldn't have been better. To the timing of the courses, the delicious food brought to us, the great taste of wine, it was all so perfect. I love going out to dine with my loved ones because it's always an experience to be cherished and remembered. Alex and Cucina Alessa did that for us. The feeling I can say that I received from here was, that I felt at home. Lastly, I just really want to compliment Alex and the chefs. The food was mouth watering and every bite was better than the last. Alex, he was the best Server I've ever had, he took care of us very well and also surprised us at the very end with a complimentary dessert. It was the cherry on top for our trip to Newport Beach.”
